Directions:

• From M4 & Swansea
• From Llanelli
• From Carmarthen
• From Ammanford

From M4 & Swansea:  Leave the M4 at Junction 48 (signposted to Llanelli). Keep to the right hand lane of the slip road and turn right into Hendy. Drive under the M4, and opposite Hendy Cricket Club (on right) take the left hand turn signposted to Llannon (B4306). Travel for about 4 miles to a cross roads and turn right (signposted Llwyn-têg). Travel 0.9 mile, through the hamlet of Llwyn-têg to a left hand turn off the road (no tarmac). Erw Wastad is the only property on the right of this lane.  

From Llanelli: Take the Llanelli to Cross Hands road that takes you through Felinfoel, Swiss Valley , Llannon & Tumble (A476). At Llannon, take a right hand turn at the Greyhound Pub (B4306). After about one mile, turn left  at the crossroads signposted to Llwyn-têg. Travel 0.9 mile, through the hamlet of Llwyn-têg to a left hand turn off the road (no tarmac). Erw Wastad is the only property on the right of this lane.  

From Carmarthen :  Take the A48 to Cross Hands. Continue straight across at the roundabout on the A48 as if heading for the M4. Immediately after passing the turn to Cwmgwilli, get into the right-hand lane and prepare to turn right opposite Rhos Fawr Farm (selling wooden fencing etc) into the minor road. Travel about 1.5 miles to the Y junction and turn right (up a slight incline). The road then becomes straight and fairly flat. After about half a mile, look out for the first property on the left (a small bungalow) and then take the first turn on the right (no tarmac). Erw Wastad is the only property on the right of this lane  

From Ammanford:  Take the A483 towards Pont Abraham and the M4. At the roundabout take the third exit (signposted to Cross Hands, Carmarthen etc) onto the A48. Take the second minor road (not farm track!) on the left. Travel about 1.5 miles to the Y junction and turn right (up a slight incline). The road then becomes straight and fairly flat. After about half a mile, look out for the first property on the left (a small bungalow) and then take the first turn on the right (no tarmac). Erw Wastad is the only property on the right of this lane.
